About Love Lane Interiors

Love Lane Interiors has a manufacturing unit situated in the middle of Staffordshire and West Midlands borders.  We like to keep our overheads down so choose not to have a showroom, however, our glass is displayed in Kitchen and Bathroom showrooms in the area.

We also have customers that welcome you into their homes as they are so pleased with their Love Lane Glass that they want to show it off.  We are a professional,  friendly team and would like to offer you a FREE  CONSULTATION to help you with your design and also advise on colour.  Depending on your circumstances we can do ‘supply only’ or you can take advantage of our Templating & Fitting Service so as to ensure your glass fits your design perfectly.

To obtain a quick quotation you can either call Louise or just send your dimensions and other details, such as how many socket cut outs or special shaping for extractors and the colour you would like in the enquiry form on our contact page and we will get straight back to you.

In the meantime please feel free to take a look at our gallery to see examples of our work.

Toughened Glass

All our glass is toughened which makes the glass five times stronger than in its annealed form. Pieces under 250mm cannot be toughened but we can use safety backing for those smaller pieces.

FREE CONSULTATION

We can also help choose your layout and colour by bringing samples of our coloured glass along. These samples are a colour guide only and colours may vary slightly. We can measure your area and leave you with a Free No Obligation Quotation.

TEMPLATING

The Templating process is the most important part of the process. We will make a template of the area making sure that we have all cut outs for holes, sockets and switches. You may even want the glass to be shaped to the underside of your kitchen extractor fan.

MANUFACTURE

Your glass will be cut as per the templates made using specialist machinery. Once the glass is cut to your template it will then be toughened. All our glass is stamped to BS EN12150 standard with polished edges for your safety. Once the glass has been toughened it can then be painted to a colour of your choice.

INSTALLATION

Your Love Lane Splashbacks will be ready for installation in about 10 – 15 working days. Square Splashbacks without cut outs can be quicker.
The glass will be fixed to the wall using a low modular silicone. The moisture proof layer of paint on the back of the glass is always positioned to the inside which protects it from damage and ensures the colour and appearence is maintained giving you a lustrous shiny clean surface on the outside.

Love Lane Glass Splashbacks are suitable for kitchens and bathrooms, we use British Standard toughened safety glass. All glass applications are thoroughly sealed so moisture can’t get in which makes it not only safe but practical too.

From templating to fitting the glass usually takes 7-15 working days depending on the design.

How much do Splashbacks cost?

All our Coloured Glass is priced per square metre with additional costs for socket cut outs and for shaped cooker hoods. Each design is made to measure and exactly fit your kitchen so each cost is worked out individually.

It can be done but generally we don’t recommend this as we are not in a position to guarantee the stability of the existing tiles.

All our Glass is TOUGHENED and heat resistant and will not crack behind the hob, they can resist heat up to 400 degrees C
